1. Order Cancellation

 

Before Dispatch

  • You may cancel your order at any time before it is shipped.

After Dispatch

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

  • You may, however, initiate a return request upon delivery, following our Return & Exchange Policy.

 

Custom or Special Orders

  • Orders that are custom-built, made-to-order, or on bulk request cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

2. Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are applicable in the following situations:

  • You cancel an order before dispatch.

  • You return an item due to:

    • Defect or damage in transit

    • Wrong product delivered

    • Valid return requested within 7 days of delivery

 

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–4 business days.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.

 

Non-Refundable Charges

  • Shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

  • COD (Cash on Delivery) charges are not refunded.

  • Products returned in used, damaged, or incomplete condition may not qualify for a refund.

If your refund has not been received:

  2. Contact your bank or credit card provider—it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
