1. Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is successful.

  • A second email with tracking details will be sent once the product is shipped.

Shipping Timeline

  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery within 3–7 business days depending on your location.

  • Shipping Locations: We currently ship across India. For international orders, please contact our team directly.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

  • Free shipping may be offered as part of promotional offers.

Delays

While we strive to deliver within the promised time, delays may occur due to:

  • Natural calamities

  • Logistics issues

  • Local restrictions or unforeseen circumstances
    We will keep you informed in such cases.

2. Exchange & Return Policy

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

  • Products are eligible for return or exchange if:

    • The item is defective, damaged, or not functioning as intended.

    • The wrong product was delivered.

    • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions

  • Item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories/manuals intact.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is mandatory.

  • Skywire Broadcast reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the conditions above.

 

How to Request a Return or Exchange

    • Order ID

    • Reason for return or exchange

    • Photos (if applicable)

  • Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.

Exchange Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the replacement product will be shipped within 3–5 business days, subject to stock availability.

3. Refund Policy

Refund Timeline

  • After successful inspection, refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method within 3–4 business days.

 

Non-Refundable Items

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

  • Customized or clearance items are not eligible for return or refund.

 

4. Important Notes

  • Do not accept delivery if the outer packaging appears tampered or damaged. Notify us immediately if this occurs.

  • For warranty-related repairs or servicing, refer to our Warranty Policy.
